Standard return
Please make sure you only return the goods purchased on We can not handle the return of items purchased in other stores. You have 30 days to return your unsatisfactory merchandise, please follow the steps below:
    If possible, pack the product safely in the original product package.
    Fill out the return reason questionnaire on the packing list and place it in the return package.
    The goods must be unused or washed and kept in their original state.
    Before sending a return, clear all the extra labels from the outside of the package.
    Please contact us before returning, we will give the correct address.
    We are not responsible for the return of the freight.

Defective items. We reserve the right to provide your name, address and telephone number at all returns and replacement, and if there is no receipt, you will be asked to provide a valid government-issued ID. If the original purchase discount applies, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
When you have an original sales receipt or an online customer invoice, you will be refunded based on your original form of payment. We reserve the right to return the original purchase voucher without a receipt.

We recommend that you use the insurance delivery method to return. Keep the return tracking number of your return package to monitor the delivery status.
After receiving your return, we will process your refund as soon as possible, usually within 15 days, the refund will be returned to your original payment account.
